The overall cost may vary depending on the complexity of the requested concept and design.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The client must first agree to the following terms of service
before commissioning me.

General Terms

  • I have the right to decline commissions I deem inappropriate or out of my skill range.

  • If no payments have been made yet, then the client can still request a cancellation. No refunds can be made after the initial payments have been sent and received.

Payment Details

  • Payment must be sent before I start sketching. It can either be in full payment or a 50% down payment.

  • The client must send proof of their payment (screenshot of the transaction). This will be the confirmation to start the commission.

  • When paying through PayPal, I will send an invoice after the commission details have been settled and agreed upon.

  • The finished artwork will only be sent once all payment fees have been settled and fully paid.

Process and Delivery

  • I will provide updates throughout the initial stages of the artwork (sketching, lineart, base coloring) through watermarked screenshots of the ongoing progress.

  • The final artwork will be sent through email or Google Drive as a .png file with my signature and username.

Revisions

  • While sketching, the client may request changes and revisions to their liking. Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the artwork.

  • After the line art and coloring, the client may request a maximum of 3 minor revisions.

  • Any revision requested after the initial limit will be charged with additional fees.

Usage Policy

  • I, the artist, reserve the rights to the artwork and I may post or use it for my portfolio. If the client would like to remain anonymous or would like to keep the commissioned art private, please inform me.

  • The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT SELL OR REPRODUCE.

  • The client CANNOT claim the art as their own and MUST NOT edit or remove any watermarks/signatures I have included.

  • Posting the commissioned artwork is allowed as long as I am given proper credit within the post.

  • Using the commissioned art for NFT or AI technology is NOT PERMITTED.
